Love Over Everything – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Love Over Everything (LOE). We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase.
To start a return email us at support@loveovereverything.com.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital downloads or print files once delivered

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Limited-edition or clearance sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email that we’ve received your item and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Items missing parts not due to LOE’s error

  • Returns requested after the 30-day period

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please email support@loveovereverything.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take a few days before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
